LEADERS

Leadership is dynamic, not static. In this rapidly changing world leaders need to be open to different points of view to make wise, strategic decisions. Executives need to be flexible in employing distinct leadership skills depending upon the context and decision alternatives.

Internal or external pressures drive many executives to seek quick or tried-and-true remedies. Under pressure for a ‘quick fix,’ a leader may jump to adopt the latest technique desiring to be perceived as ‘on the cutting edge’ to gain temporary relief. Often, senior leaders, especially those who themselves discovered successful practices through trial and error, fall back on familiar responses when feeling stressed. Pressure for quick answers limits wise decisions.

Our expertise lies in understanding the psychological dynamics of the leaders and the complexities of the business pressures facing them.
