Dr. Lilli Friedland is a nationally recognized executive coach and leadership expert. She has been advising publicly- and privately-held companies, family businesses, professional service firms, and high-net worth families for more than twenty-five years. She has extensive experience in working with leaders to increase their interpersonal capabilities and leadership skills. As a board-certified psychologist and business coach, Dr. Friedland consults with individuals and executive teams to work through challenges in making critical decision to succeed in dynamic environments.

Lilli Friedland Ph.D. has been honored and elected to many positions in governance of national, state, and local psychological associations. On the national level she was elected by her peers to various positions of the American Psychological Association, on the state level, to the California Psychological Association and on the local level to the Los Angeles County Psychological Association. 

 

Dr. Friedland was appointed by the governor to the California Board of Psychology (the state licensing board for psychologists). She was appointed by the LA County Board of Supervisors to the Los Angeles County Developmental Disabilities Board Area X and was elected chair of their Research Committee and then elected Chair of the Board of Area X. The LA County Psychological Association honored Dr. Friedland by presenting her with the Distinguished Psychologist Award.  Lilli has been twice honored by the LA County Board of Supervisors for distinguished services in the areas of Drug and Alcohol Abuse, and also Developmental Disabilities.

Dr. Friedland has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal, the New York Times, Harvard Business Review, Los Angeles Times, Time Magazine and other national publications.  Dr. Friedland has made over two hundred national and local TV and radio appearances.
