Dr. Lilli Friedland is a nationally recognized executive coach, leadership expert and clinical psychologist. She has been advising publicly- and privately-held companies, family businesses, professional services firms, and high-net worth families for more than 35 years. She has extensive experience working with leaders to increase their interpersonal capabilities and leadership skills. As a board-certified psychologist and executive coach, Dr. Friedland consults with individuals and executive teams to work through challenges in making critical decisions to succeed in dynamic environments.

Dr. Friedland has been honored and elected to many governance positions in national, state, and local psychological associations. She was elected by her peers to various leadership positions at the national level in the American Psychological Association, at the state level in the California Psychological Association, and at the local level in the Los Angeles County Psychological Association.

Dr. Friedland was appointed by the Governor of California to the California Board of Psychology - the state licensing board for psychologists. She was appointed by the LA County Board of Supervisors to the Los Angeles County Developmental Disabilities Board Area X, was elected chair of their Research Committee, and then elected Chair of the Board of Area X. The LA County Psychological Association honored Dr. Friedland by presenting her with the Distinguished Psychologist Award. Dr. Friedland has been twice honored by the LA County Board of Supervisors for distinguished services in the areas of Drug and Alcohol Abuse, and also Developmental Disabilities.

Dr. Friedland has been quoted and cited in the Wall Street Journal, Harvard Business Review, New York Times, Los Angeles Times, Time Magazine and other national publications.  Dr. Friedland has made over two hundred national and local TV and radio appearances.
